By accessing and using IconFst's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access or use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IconFst regarding your use of our AI icon generation service.

2.1 Commercial Usage Rights

• Both preview (128x128px) and purchased high-quality (1024x1024px) icons can be used for commercial purposes. However, you may not use the icons to train AI models or in services that compete with IconFst.

• You may use the icons in websites, applications, marketing materials, digital products, and physical merchandise

• No attribution to IconFst is required for commercial use

• The license is perpetual and worldwide

2.2 Restrictions

• You may NOT use the generated icons (either preview or high-quality versions) to train artificial intelligence models

• You may NOT redistribute or resell the raw icon files as standalone digital assets

• You may NOT use the icons to train AI models or in services that compete with IconFst.

• You may NOT claim copyright ownership of the AI-generated icons themselves

• You may NOT use the Service to create or distribute inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

2.3 Ownership

• The underlying AI technology and Service remain the property of IconFst

• You own the rights to use the specific icons generated through your use of the Service, subject to these Terms

3.1 Free Credits

• Users receive 5 free generation credits daily

• Free credits reset at midnight UTC

• Preview icons (128x128px) are generated using credits

3.2 Purchased Credits

• Additional credits can be purchased through our payment processor

• Purchased credits never expire

• Credits are only refundable if they were deducted without generating any icons due to system errors

• High-quality icons (1024x1024px) require separate purchase

3.3 Refund Policy

• Single Downloads: Eligible for full refund within 7 days if the downloaded icon is blurry, glitched, or doesn't match the preview quality

• Credits: Only refundable in cases where credits were deducted but no icons were generated due to system errors or technical issues

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method

• Successfully used credits (where icons were generated) are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Credit refunds will be processed by returning the deducted credits to your account

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information for your account

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws

• Not attempt to reverse engineer the Service

• Not use the Service to generate inappropriate or illegal content

• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service

Users must not generate icons that:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Contain explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content

• Promote illegal activities

• Include hate speech or discriminatory content

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

IconFst reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6.1 Service Warranty

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

• We are not responsible for the specific outcomes of AI generation

6.2 Limitation of Liability

• IconFst is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time

• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website

• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms

• Users will be notified of significant changes via email
